Free 30-Minute Consult Or Limited-Scope Representation

We offer a free 30-minute consultation, where you can speak with us, lay out the facts of your situation and we provide an assessment of your legal situation. If you appear to have a discreet, straightforward matter, we also offer a “limited-scope representation,” where we provide legal advice for a 1-hour block of time.

When we are retained to provide consultation services, the consultation is confidential but we are not retained to represent the client in Court, and we do not become the attorney of record. The party decides how often to contact the attorney and on what issues he or she wishes to consult. Consulting attorneys do not handle or direct litigation, and the client retains the final responsibility for the legal action.
